34% of available exhibition space at the International Mohair Summit has already been taken, with the Summit just over a year away.

The International Mohair Summit, which will connect the international Mohair Industry and facilitate sales agreements on an unprecedented scale, takes place in the Karoo, South Africa from November 3-8, 2009.

Exhibition Manager Wellington Jansen confirmed that bookings were open and that those organisations that had already booked were gaining substantial early mover advantages.

“Exhibition spaces located in prime locations are always snapped up first, while those organizations that have committed are also benefiting from early marketing initiatives, including direct and indirect marketing campaigns undertaken worldwide.”

Those producers, breeders, processors, manufacturers, retailers, marketers and support associations seeking to secure prime positions early make a 10% deposit by December 2008, with the balance only payable by August 2009.
